He is very persuasive and making sure that you are getting a good workout. He does take into account if you have any injuries or are lacking in anyway and continues to try and push you in the right direction without hurting yourself. Overall super great Trainer.

Coach Christian has been conducting our small-group virtual workouts 3x weekly for more than a year. His programming is innovative, ensuring we don’t get bored. He keeps our individual abilities and physical limitations in mind, always encouraging us to do more while he carefully observes our form to prevent possible injury. He didn’t stereotype us based on our age (3 women over the age of sixty here in Miami plus slightly younger women located elsewhere) and treats us with respect.
