Blake has instilled a new confidence in me I haven’t had in years. I have been working with Blake for over 3 months, and I haven’t felt this good in over 15 years. Blake has a technique that breaks down the reasons on why you should do what you do, and will push you but only in a way where you come back wanting more after seeing results on a sustainable approach. He has created tremendous resources and guides that makes following your target macros and workouts easy. And his feedback on form and review is spot on. I appreciate all Blake has done for me, and the best part is my energy levels. They have helped me the most as a father of 2 under 4, a husband and the ability to perform at work. I like working with Blake, because he took the time to find out what I wanted to accomplish, and then made programs to fit my schedule and my ability. He is always there to answer any questions and listens to what I feel is working or not working, or certain exercises that I liked or didn’t like. He is always encouraging and there to answer any concerns or questions.
I have enjoyed all the routines he has created and feel like I am stronger, and have lost weight

Blake is great! We worked together for about 12 weeks and I learned a lot. I didn’t have the best eating habits, partially due to my crazy schedule as a night shift nurse, but also because I never really knew how to make well balanced, sustainable meals that wasn’t your basic chicken and rice. The first few weeks we were just learning each other, we tried to set some goals but they didn’t work well for me. Blake totally changed up the plan and was able to come up with some goals that did work for me and that I was able to make into habits in my daily life. Blake has been awesome. With a timeline of just 6 weeks to prepare for my wedding, Blake worked closely with me to ensure drastic improvements. As someone who suffers with chronic back problems (4 displaced discs), Blake ensured that my fears with lifting were alleviated. He got me on a program to strengthen my core and legs. Thanks to Blake I can now say I’ve been several weeks without any back issues. I can once again compete for an entire game in soccer, a sport that for the last 2 years would leave me in pain and limping after only 20 mins. Clothes are fitting again that I haven’t worn in 3 years. All this was accomplished with just a handful of weeks with Blake. I’m excited to see what milestones he guides me to accomplish in the future. He creates great workout programs and meets with you regularly to discuss progress. Blake takes a personalized approach to customizing workout and diet programs. He was able to personalize my program for my specific medical condition (hypothyroidism). Working out in a gym is also difficult due to my busy schedule, and Blake was able to customize my workouts to accommodate my limited home gym (all I needed was an exercise band, weights, and pull-up bar). Blake is great! I reached out to him to get a workout plan to get me back into the routine and to get stronger. He personalized the workout to my goals and certain equipment I had in the small gym I had at the time. I saw results after doing the program for a few weeks and it brought back the motivation I had lost. I was getting stronger and my overall health had improved! To this day I still use some of the exercises he gave me. Any questions I had he was more than happy to answer them. I have worked out with Blake on many occasions and he’s great at challenging you while making it fun and enjoyable. I’ve had many conversations with him and he is passionate about helping people and making changes in their lives. The limitations of working in a commercial gym and following specific programs/protocols provides for a cumbersome experience for the client and trainer. Utilizing personalized training at home or in the gym can allow for a better experience and growth for both the client and the trainer.

Yes, online training is available! Using either FaceTime | Zoom | Skype for personal training. Payments are accepted through Apple Pay | Venmo | PayPal. Custom workout plans are also available.
