What do you love most about your job?

I love the process of turning someone’s goal into a clear plan, then watching their confidence and performance improve week by week. Consistency creates momentum, and momentum changes everything.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I started training seriously at a young age and learned firsthand how much trial-and-error there is without good coaching. After studying Exercise Science and working hands-on for years, I helped someone close to me lose over 100 lbs. I learned that the right structure changes everything. That’s what I built my business around.
