How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Consistency and understanding every week counts. I always prescribe to my clients the right amount of sessions to achieve there dream goal. Its always important to understand the client and there ability to workout. I don't just workout the person I research and understand where the person is at and use my knowledge and experience to help them.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Being responsible about your workout and what you do outside of the gym. Sleeping, eating, and cardio are the three main things to have that dream body. Its a 50-50 relationship between the client and trainer.

What do you love most about your job?

I love helping people. It takes patience, dedication and motivation but at the end of the day seeing someone live a longer and healthier life is all worth it!

What inspired you to start your own business?

Honestly I've always been an entrepreneur, working at five high end health clubs I felt it was time to try this independently. I started slow and then kept picking up clients. The gyms I worked at in the past started to control my hours and telling me to stop training clients even though i wasn't finished. This was unfair to me and the client which pushed me to create fair atmosphere for the client and myself to achieve any result.
