How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

First thing first I make sure to set realistic goals with my clients. I try to motivate them and push them behind their l Limits all the time. At the same time I make sure to keep the workout interesting and engaging. And then i will make sure to enforce accountability so they can stay on track.

The look on my clients' face after helping them achieving their ultimate fitness goal. There is no better feeling than helping others building and stronger healthier lifestyle.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I myself struggled with weight loss problems since I was in high school. I tried so hard to fit in but I had zero confident because of the way I looked and working out and investing in myself was the best thing I've do to myself.
