I highly recommend Jason as a personal trainer; we have been training for over a year now and I can see big changes in my body and performance. Overall when it comes to the gym I'm highly unmotivated and lazy and love to quit after a month or 2, with Jason he helped me stay consistent with my trainings and diet and the best part is he helped me to lose over 30 pounds within 6 months for my wedding. After losing the weight I have not gained a single pound back, which is amazing considering that before every time I lost a pound, I would gain two back.  And finally, I can do burpees and bear crawls now... how awesome is that? This is my first experience in a boot camp and now wish I had the courage to do it sooner.  Jason came recommended by some co-workers and I could not be more excited.  Jason is working with me on my eating habits and challenging me with a variety of exercises that do not get boring.  Its amazing how much of a workout he is able to provide in only 30 minutes.  It has only been 7 weeks and I am feeling stronger and encouraged that I can meet my goals with his guidance.  I am excited to go class each night. Jason is a great instructor and trainer. He has worked with me and my previous sports injuries over the course of the past month. He really takes his time and analyzes you as an individual and will work with you to help obtain your goals. I look forward to going to his boot-camp and has motivated me to keep focused on my diet. I've been doing a bootcamp with Jason for a little over a month now and I have to say he is probably one of the best trainers I've ever had. He makes working out fun by coming up with creative exercises and gets so much accomplished in half an hour sessions; it's pretty impressive. He is also very engaged and has laser sharp focus on his clients. If you ever feel uncomfortable with certain exercises, he instantly catches on to it and modifies it for you. I have typically never liked working out but now I look forward to his sessions everyday and I've already seen results. You should definitely work with Jason if you are looking to be fit and follow a healthy lifestyle. More...

So I heard about Jason from my cousin who knew I was looking for a trainer to help me reach my desire dream body for my wedding coming up in October 2018. I started with him since September 2017 and doing the 30 day challenges and must I say you have to trust the process. He is a great trainer, will Work with you & modify everything to make it work for you. He believes in body strength and will push you but won't make you go over your limits. Since September I have lost a good solid 10 pounds & 3 inches from my waist. He is motivating and will give you guidance with your meals, if you follow the suggested meals, with corresponding Calories and the workouts you are setting yourself up for success. I've been training with Jason for a year now, and believe he is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness I have at my age, (currently fifty-one) if not for the personal attention he gives me.Jason is incredibly knowledgeable about human anatomy, exercise physiology, nutrition and has a  Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.  I feel this is what truly sets him apart from other trainers so he can create truly personalized workouts based on your unique needs. He is a total stickler about proper form and is able to explain things 500 different ways until you perform an exercise correctly. He knows how to push you to your physical limits safely.  He also provides a rounded service, focusing on a meal plan to help you reach your goals quicker.  Jason oozes enthusiasm, positive energy, and passion. He has a super sense of humor which always makes me laugh aloud. The guidance from Jason was just what I needed. I was tired with my old gym routine, the motivation and results I once had were slowly draining away. Jason introduced me to several amazing new ways of exercising which I immediately found challenging yet fun. This new approach also felt more real, as if this is the way the body should be exercising, rather than being locked on a treadmill or cross trainer. I can't say enough about Jason. He's an amazing trainer and loves what he does. Unlike a lot of trainers out there Jason does everything he has you do and he ensures you have correct form( most important aspect in training). I can't tell you how many times I've been injured by other trainers because they didn't focus on my form or disregarded my injuries. Before I started working out with Jason I'd  lift 6 times a week and I was starting to bulk up; I thought I was doing great. After speaking with Jason I realized my meal plan was not on point and he pointed out that I was bulking up just little much for my size and my goals. Which he was correct, so I started training with him to learn how to tone instead of build muscle. I thought I'd only need to train with him for a few times then continue on my own, that was a year ago now. Since working out with him, I no longer have back and hip pain and stability has greatly improved. I love working out with him even to this day, because I know every time I walk into the gym to train with him he will push me beyond my comfort zone, have me do different things I wouldn't normally do in the gym and it's an awarding feeling when I finish one of his workouts. I can't say enough good things about working with Jason. From the first time I met him in my consultation, I could tell that he was passionate, experienced, and most importantly knew exactly how to get me to the results I wanted. I find him to be very thorough and knowledgeable not just on fitness, but also food/diet as well. And I love that his goal is to make everything sustainable, from the meal prep to the workouts. It's about making a long-term change and Jason makes adjustments based on my individual schedule + lifestyle.His workouts are challenging and fun. He's not one of those trainers who makes you miserable the entire time. After my workouts, despite being sore and sweaty, I find myself even more motivated to keep going so that I can achieve my results. I never thought I needed a trainer before, but after working out with Jason for the passed few weeks I'm really glad I hired him! I've not only been consistently sore in places I never really work out on my own, but I feel like I've learned a lot about the science of how our body works with nutrition and exercise because he has an explanation for everything and is very knowledgeable. His workouts are different every time and you always leave exhausted in a good way. All around a really cool dude who genuinely takes interest in your life and helping you reach your goal! I did extensive research when I set out to find a personal trainer. I sought out referrals from the many contacts and friends that I have in the health and entertainment industry. I am thankful I chose Jason after all the people considered. I was looking for a trainer that was knowledgeable about injuries, fat loss, and nutrition. He had a very well designed website that explained his philosophy and showed many happy clients. He also fit the bill because I didn't want to pay to join a gym and it is awesome to be able to workout outdoors. I wanted a trainer to incorporate a good meal plan of whole foods. He built a simple to follow menu in the first week with foods I like and can keep in my fridge during the week and mix and match. You can not beat his prices for one-on-one personal attention. He varies the workout daily and you can tell he spends quality time planning the exercises based on my goals. He also makes the workout fun. Each session increases and I can tell I am getting stronger each time. You can tell Jason really takes pride and genuinely cares about his clients success and results. He is so invested in his clients health, he also offers a service to prepare, cook and deliver food to some clients! I have worked out with many other trainers in the past but none as amazing as Jason. I have seen results faster than ever before and feel motivated to keep going back! Jason is very attentive, always checking in, changing up the work outs and making sure I'm keeping up with my diet. Two months ago, I was feeling overweight, unattractive, and lazy.  I had no motivation to work out and had gained 20 pounds due to my sedentary lifestyle and bad eating habits.  I tried working out on my own but was not disciplined enough to do it consistenly.  That is when I decided to seek a personal trainer.  I did my research first and liked that Jason has a degree in his field and experience.  I wanted a trainer that would motivate me and teach me about nutrition and decided to give him a try.  And I am glad I did because he over exceeded my expectations.  His exercise routines change so I didn't get bored.  They were challenging and got me back into shape.  Two months later I am going strong and have lost almost all the weight I gained.  Jason has taught me that it is important to strengthen your core, eat right, and try to gain muscle and lose fat.   I have learned so much and I am starting to like my body again.  I hghly recommend Jason.  He is patient, kind, and will gladly answer all your questions.  As far as his gym is concerned, it is clean and doesn't smell like sweat.  And for those of you that say they don't have time to work out  (that was my excuse), Jason has hours that will accomodate any schedule.  Sometimes I would work out as early as 5:00 am.  Good luck in your fitness goals! I've been training with Jason for about three years now and recommend him to everyone.  In those three years I've not only changed the was I look and live my life, but the confidence in myself that I've gained is awesome.  He is very knowledgeable about fitness.  He's always willing to answer any of my questions and if he doesn't know right then he does find out the answer.  I've never had a work out the same, Jason is always challenging my limits so I push myself to be better.   He does hold me accountable for my diet and work out regimen which keeps me on track.  If you are looking for a personal trainer or ever thought about one, he's your guy, your not just client to him, your someone, and he will tailer your workouts and diet to you and your own personal needs. 5 stars with out a doubt! I started training at Motiv-8 Fitness about 3 months ago. I was referred through a friend who has been training with Jason. He has me sore in places that I didn't even know I had muscles! He is very attentive and always changing our workouts which makes it much easier to keep going b/c I don't know what's coming next. He helped me get on an eating plan to maximize my results. I've been doing carb cycling and it has really helped! I am losing weight and inches and I couldn't be happier! More...

Jason makes working out fun because each session is different, but the real reason to hire him is the results.  When I first started, I was on cholesterol medicine and was about 25 pounds over my ideal weight.  After working out with him twice a week and following his suggestions for my own workouts and his ideas about food choices, I'm down 20 pounds, my cholesterol is down 50 points, and I am off my cholesterol medication.  I feel better than I have in years. I didn't make drastic changes right away, but the steady progress kept the workouts challenging without me getting burned out or bored. More...

It has been about a solid 3 months of working out with Jason consistently twice a week. I am seeing definition in my arms and overall tightening my body.
