I worked with Katie for about 10 weeks and over this period of time I cannot tell you how her program has changed my life . She was very professional and very knowledgeable, she developed an individualized, one-on-one program tailored just for me, my goals and life plan
Her compassion for helping others become healthy & personalized assessment and testing that she does from the start makes her a very unique nutritionist. She firmly believes in eating the right way and preparing veggies and fruit in their natural state and using the highest quality nutritional supplements available, giving me the ability to quickly achieve and maintain my personal, physical & mental health goals and live a happier, healthier and longer life.
I lost weight on my own before working with Katie, but I had reached an impassable plateau. Once I made the decision to connect with Katie I began following the plan she gave me , I started seeing results. Katie is the best! After working with several other trainers, I went with Katie because of her passion and expertise...she also kicks my @ss--which I desperately need! She is always focused during our sessions and super helpful correcting your form, switching things up if certain exercises aren't working for your body type/injury history, and keeping you motivated. I've see huge improvements on my physical strength and overall wellness in our 5 months working together. She's also super fun to work with and very flexible and understanding when life gets in the way of our session. 12/10 would recommend! More...

I reached out to Katie because I was struggling to reach my fitness and nutrition goals. Before the pandemic hit in 2020, I was the fittessed I had ever been. I was always excited to workout, I was consistent in the weight room, and I was motivated to constantly improve my fitness level.

Over the course of the pandemic, I gradually gained 30 lbs and became discouraged and unmotivated to find a new fitness routine since gyms around me were closed. It was difficult for me to get excited again about working out, something I truly enjoyed before, and my nutrition drastically went downhill. I was embarrassed. I felt stuck in a rut and didn’t think I could lose the weight.

Katie helped me get back on my feet and change my mindset. I felt zero judgment from her. Each week we set attainable goals, and eventually, I began to believe in myself and my ability to reach my fitness goals again. Because of Katie’s coaching, my endurance and strength levels have drastically improved over the course of 5 weeks, and I learned so many new things about nutrition from her that helped add variety to my meals each week.

Just after 5 weeks, I feel so much better, my clothes fit better, my confidence level is higher, and I feel more motivated to stay consistent with the healthy habits I have developed with the help of Katie. Katie is a great coach. She is knowledgeable. She is kind. And she will help you reach your goals!

I recently became vegetarian and went to Katie to make sure I am consuming a balanced diet since I am no longer eating meat. Katie was very helpful in listening to my lifestyle needs and helping me to support that through my diet. I ended up fixing some digestive/bloating issues as well as finding overall food goals that fit with my lifestyle, which wasn't even my original goal! Everything was achievable and exciting. Personal Trainers

Katie is a phenomenal trainer! Found her on Bark to replace a previous trainer and feels like I hit the jackpot. She is motivating, pays attention the ENTIRE workout, helps correct your form when needed, and knows when to push or pull back. I can’t tell you how big of a pet peeve it is when trainers give instructions and play on their phones the rest of the time. You will not have anything like that to worry about with Katie! My friend and I booked Katie for personal training after a bad experience with another personal trainer. Katie has been such a breath of fresh air and is so professional. She comes prepared with a customized workout plan each time and spends time getting to know you and your needs so that you’re getting the most out of each session. The workouts are challenging and anytime I feel like I can’t do something, Katie is there to cheer me on, encourage me and correct my form to make sure that I’m doing the exercises correctly. She has completely turned around my opinion of personal training and I can feel myself getting stronger after each workout. I loved working with her so much that I also booked her for nutrition counseling. I felt so safe talking to her in our session and walked away feeling empowered and like I had learned so much not only about my own habits but about the human body. Katie has helped me so much! I hired her as my dietitian to help me lose weight, reduce my blood pressure and cholesterol which all have come down since working with her! I just feel healthier, lighter and my doctor is happy as well.

Our sessions are always very pleasant, she is very easy to talk and open up to. I can tell she is very knowledgeable, but always explains complicated topics clearly.

At first I was not too sure about eating more plant-based, but I've come to find it's really not hard! Katie made it easy and manageable with small steps to get me to where I want to be. I'm super happy with the results! Worth every penny. Thanks Katie!

Working out has never been so much fun until I found Katie! I also never would have seen myself waking up at 6 AM at times just to make it to her sessions but since she has such a fun personality, great enthusiasm and means well for everyone it makes it much more worth it! She has helped me get back into shape and also gave me great advice on nutrition which definitely made me think twice about eating out as much as I did. I can't thank Katie enough for her help in getting my butt out of bed to workout again! I wish I could give Katie more stars. Katie helped me so much in such a short period of time. I'm in my early 50s, and I have arthritic knees and bursitis. Instead of avoiding those areas, Katie customized a program to strengthen the supporting muscle groups. My pain level has decreased significantly, even when first getting out of bed in the morning, which is a huge deal for me. And, since Katie is a dietitian, she gave me loads of advice on which foods to eat and which to avoid to help reduce inflammation. She's a godsend. I highly recommend working with Katie. More...

Okay let me start off by saying how nervous I was to get back into shape. The fear of going to a gym by myself and not knowing what to do always used to discourage me from going. I've tried all the workouts and hers by far are the best. I am so happy I found Katie! Not only has she help me achieve my fitness goals, but she also has helped me improve my lifestyle. She's given me a diet plan to help me optimize my exercise and reach my goals faster. Not to mention these healthy options are delicious! Katie is the BEST! I recently starting working with Katie after getting out of shape during quarantine. She's been a huge help guiding me back into a fitness routine AND giving really knowledgeable nutrition advice.

She's so energetic, personable, and fun to be around as well. I look forward to our sessions. Plus she will get you in shape, I promise. Her workouts are tough, but she's great at tailoring around your strengths and weaknesses.

We use a variety of equipment, exercises, functional movements and always keep it fun and interesting!
I design the workouts but also serve as a motivator, accountability coach, and knowledgeable nutrition resource to all my clients to achieve the best outcomes.

I always say health is our greatest wealth. I've unfortunately seen loved ones' lives turned upside down due to chronic disease that is common for so many individuals. The pain that my family and I have experienced has turned into a fiery passion for helping others avoid the same.

Once I realized the power of exercise and nutrition, I made it my mission to help as many people as I can live out long healthy lives disease and pain free.

I can get clients to where they want to be as fast as possible because I am an expert in both nutrition and fitness! I always follow the science and value keeping my clients safe and healthy at all times. Not only do I love what I do, but I've been taught by the best. My BS in nutrition is from one of the top universities in the world (UC Berkeley) and I received my formal nutrition training at the #5 best hospital in the U.S. (UCSF Medical Center). My personal training certification is from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, a top rated and respected program.
