I help highly driven women with chronic pain gain confidence, and accountability through Pilates movement, mindset, and community.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Intention, purpose, and Consistency is key to getting your closer to that dream body. Leading workouts with intention is important because we won’t always will ourselves to get up and do things when we are tired or not in the mood. Consistently Showing up for yourself with intention and purpose on those hard days is self love and compassion. We all want and need more of that!
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing my clients get stronger and more confident in their movement and mindfulness.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being able to be more present with my family and be able to travel and collaborate with others to create safe movement spaces.
Why should our clients choose you?
I’m an artist, teacher, and forever student that has been in the dance and fitness industry for over 25 years.
I’m a PMA certified Pilates instructor, certified meditation coach, Sugar Foot Therapy trainer, as well as a Franklin Method trainer for the Lower Back.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I wear a mask ? at every session and I am fully vaccinated and boosted.
1-1 Pilates Privates
I’m so excited to work with you and help you strengthen and align with Pilates.
These 1-1 Pilates classes with me are catered to YOU! I will help you with modifications or variations specific to your body’s strengths and limitations.
Pilates is a progressive exercise so expect to feel challenged even in the most simplest of exercises.
In addition, I will incorporate functional movement, breathing techniques and other forms of movement to address your fascia, which is the key to tapping into your parasympathetic nervous system.
