How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

My goal is to help you achieve yours. To feel the best you have ever felt and be the best version of yourself you can be. Whether that is getting into a size 2, defining your abs, or simply just being able to chase your dog or play with your kids without feeling like you are going to pass out ;)

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The “body of your dreams” means something different for everyone. My job is to help you find your definition of that. All you need to do is be commited and willing to do your part (eating healthy, drinking a lot of water, getting enough sleep.) It is a lifestyle change in order for it to be long lasting. I am no magician, but I can certainly motivate you and help you get the body of “your” dreams.

What do you love most about your job?

Seeing people gain confidence, have more energy, and change their habits in health and fitness, with a grateful smile on their face :)

What inspired you to start your own business?

My son Phoenix and my husband. Getting to stay at home to raise my son while getting to choose my schedule and work as much or as little as I’d like is a dream come true. My husband Frederic Jean is also on Bark as a Personal Trainer! He is French, a former National Champion in gymnastics and was an acrobat with Cirque Du Soleil as well :) With our artistic backgrounds in dance and gymnastics and knowledge of health and fitness, we decided to name our company Artistic Fitness.
