How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I help my clients achieve their fitness goals through a balance of efficient strength, cardio, balance and stretching sessions based on their individuals needs and goals. I help set realistic goals with my clients and make myself available outside of our sessions to ask questions or give support. I
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
I encourage my clients to be the best version of themselves. I help my clients achieve fitness and health from all aspects and in return they become strong, leaner, sleep better, happier and healthier.
What do you love most about your job?
I love my job hands down. I enjoy working with all types of people and get to know each one on a personal and professional level. I work with young athletes and dancers and I also work with weight loss clients and seniors as well.

I have over twenty years experience helping people achieve their goals and have been very successful. I am personable, not too serious ( fun) , and I am accountable. I encourage you to try different trainers until you feel like you found a good match.

Yes. I offer zoom private trainings. I also offer small group trainings via zoom. I currently have been doing several zooms daily.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since the beginning of covid , I switched to zoom workouts completely. I am now doing some outdoor private sessions and in home sessions. I have access to a gym in costa mesa that follows covid protocol as well. I will do whatever you are comfortable with in regards to covid safety.
