Wearing a mask of a client is sick or feeling uncomfortable being around a coach. I am vaccinated and hoping that with me being vaccinated I am taking the proper steps to ensure the health and safety of each client.

Services

1 on 1 training is the opportunity to get the hands on guidance from a coach customizing a workout that will help you reach your goal. Each program design will be based on 3 form of periodization: Muscular endurance (conditioning), muscular hypertrophy (muscle growth) , and muscular strength (Strength).

PNF stretching is the hands on opportunity for a flex coach to take you through stretching that will help improve your flexibility and mobility based on tight areas, on the body. With PNF stretching you will be able to move better through full ROM (range of motion).
