Fitness on Fire is a place where you come to get fit but you leave part of a family. Coming from CrossFit I was hoping for something that could still allow me to weight train but add more cardio and I tell you what?! FOF meets that and then some! All the coaches talented and knowledgeable about techniques and work outs. I highly recommend fitness of fire to all levels of athleticism. Stop in by and take a class and you’ll get hooked.
Before coming to Performance Rx I had seen half a dozen providers from chiropractors to physical therapists. I got temporary relief from their treatment and it all seemed to be similar with ice or heat, muscle stimulator light massage. And similarly, the pain would persist. I was happy to have found him and quickly put back on track to rehab and now im rock climbing, surfing, and doing BJJ again. I don't know where else I would have turned if it wasn't for his treatment methods.
I LOVE Neaumix Fit! I was looking for something different after attending Core Power for a year and I came across this studio that offered a variety of different fitness classes. I took my first class with Jenn and she was super sweet and helpful. She took the extra time to make sure I had proper form and felt comfortable on my reformer. I have been with Neumix Fit for a couple months now and I LOVE Melissa, Heather, Jenn and all the gals that I have taken a class with. Melissa the owner is HILARIOUS and her classes are always booked but with good reason! She really cares about her studio and clients and it shows. They mix up the classes every few weeks based on clients requests. So they are always adding in new classes to try. You do need to book in advance and reserve your spot. I love this business practice because it holds me accountable to be in class at 6am and not miss out! If there is a waitlist, most times you can get in because peoples schedule changes. I feel the bad review on here isn't a true representation of the studio. I feel like the clients that have been here will tell you those are one offs and their experience has been completely different, including my own.Would definitely recommend this to family and friends with different fitness levels and goals. They have a class for everyone!
Whoa! Definitely worth checking out if you area runner looking for more structure workouts or just want to get faster. Greg and jenny are freaking awesome. Only regret I have is not coming here sooner. They are top notch running coaches accolades and love what they do. I've lived in Tustin for 4/5 years and always see the group running around Peters Canyon but never had the chance to make it out. I didn't sign up for the outdoor fitness, but signed up for the run club and personal coaching. It's intimidating the first time going to any group but Greg was very welcoming and answered all my questions and was generous with his running knowledge. Have been here for 3 months and my times have kept improving. 5k time has improve from 20:48 to 19:45 by just showing up to Tuesday night groups. The workouts are always changing up. Pyramids, tempos, uphills, downhills.
I've never been to another gym where I felt so welcomed and at home!! The owners, trainers, and clients alike are all very warm and supportive. I regularly take classes with Jill (highly recommended for a great fast-paced in sync workout with heaps of positive reinforcement) and yoga with Kelsey (great energy and also lots of positive reinforcement!). They offer a wide array of classes and make the schedule very accessible to view online. Don't hesitate to come and check it out!
