Working with Bonnie has been life changing. She took the time to get to know me, understand what makes me comfortable and happy and she used that knowledge to creatively find ways to facilitate progress/change in my lifestyle. We started working out twice a week in my home (as I was terribly intimidated by gyms). Little by little she built my confidence with the workouts (proper posture, weighta) and managed to get me to a gym! 6 months later, I am confident and excited to go to a gym all on my own! As far as nutrition goes, Bonnie provided delicious yet simple meal plans. Through the process she taught me what macro/micro-nutrients are and why they matter. She also taught me how to pick my food and what to focus on when reading food labels. All the important details that will change your life. I am more confident than ever, I feel capable! Both Bonnie and Audrene have been so great to work with. They both motivate me to push myself harder but also congratulate me on my process and make me feel valid and great no matter how little I’ve come on my sessions which is really important when you’re trying to push yourself mentally !

I came to Bonnie with interests about loosing weight and toning up . After a brief consultation, I was convinced I had made the right choice . I have always wanted to want to work out but could never find an activity I enjoyed, or at least one I did not entirely dread, until I found Las Vegas Traveling Trainers. Bonnie is not only an incredible personal trainer who knows about weight training, anatomy and nutrition (just to name a few of her areas of expertise) but she was also able to figure out what motivated me and, for the first time I can remember, I actually look forward to working out! Bonnie is excellent trainer and a knowledgeable nutritionist. She is very supportive and will motivate the people she works with and her meal plans will make a difference in your overall health. Do a great consultation and write down the things you feel are the most important to you. Then figure out a game plan to conquer you goals in a timely manner. There will take commitment on both sides as fitness is half nutrition and half training.

Following the formula that works for you and no one else. Finding the ability to commit for a solid amount of time as all good things happen in time.

Watching everyone transform not just physically but emotionally as well. You form a lot self confidence in investing in yourself daily and watching the results happen through your hard work.

I found out that to work out daily, took a lot of time sacrifice and long term. I had around 20% follow through because of transportation and motivation. I found it was really convenient to show up at your door with out worrying about anything else but just being home. That 20% that had committed to the process was over 90% and out customers not only got better results because of consistency there was a lot of comfort in privacy.

We show up on time and take great pride in our work. All of us have nutritionist certs, PERSONAL TRAINER licensed, insured and CPR . We all have different back grounds and that makes it really easy to place and figure out who you would do best. We all have over 10 yrs in the field and consider ourselves master trainers.

1 HOUR PRIVATE YOGA SESSION INCLUDING TRAVEL.

• Vinyasa Yoga: This is for all levels. You will move from one pose to another, synchronized to the breath. This is commonly referred to as “flow”. Be prepared to have fun, sweat, and breakthrough internally perceived physical and mental limitations.
• Beginner Yoga: A yoga class for those newer to yoga or those wanting a basic flow class. This class introduces foundational yoga postures, teaches you how to breathe and helps you feel more comfortable in yoga practice.
• Power Yoga: Power yoga is a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa-style yoga. Power yoga incorporates the athleticism of Ashtanga, including lots of vinyasas. Be prepared to sweat and burn calories while having fun.
• Vin/Yin Yoga: Get the best of both worlds with this unique combination of Gentle Vinyasa Flow into Restorative Yin to provide holistic healing to your mind and body. While enjoying Aromatherapy with an essential oil diffuser and essential oil roller bottles. You will leave this class feeling relaxed and ready for the day.
• Yin Yoga: Come ready to wind down and relax. There will be three to five minutes holds with every posture, you’ll focus more on your deep connective tissue, joints, and ligaments, which will greatly improve your flexibility and health of your musculoskeletal system. As you incorporate Yin into your life, your body will experience new depths in postures, deeper ranges of motion, and even an increased flow of energy. While enjoying Aromatherapy with an essential oil diffuser and essential oil roller bottles.
• Restorative Yoga: Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative yoga, however, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. While enjoying Aromatherapy with an essential oil diffuser and essential oil roller bottles.
