I have been working with Justin for 8+ years, my wife at the time made me go with her and I never stopped. I am 51 years old and in the best shape I have been in. Justin knows his stuff, and its a lot more then just weights working out. If you need help with your diet, he knows that, he understands the physiology of the body etc., and much more. I had just had surgery and needed to lose the weight I'd gained in recovery. I wasn't sure how to go about doing that in a way that wouldn't involve crash diets that'd cause me to yo-yo back up after I was through. I found Carbon Fitness and my coach Alex was so understanding of what I was going through and my unique day-to-day challenges. I was one of those ppl that worked out hard, ate super strict and would get to my goal but then it all unraveled b/c i would just get tired of it. So i would end up binging & stop working out and would end up back to square one. So it was an endless cycle of my weight fluctuating and gaining/losing muscle.
