I highly recommend Wills and Trusts Legal Solutions. The service we received was both professional, honest and kind and will go above and beyond to help you. After having some of our friends pass away it put a lot into perspective for us and we wanted to make sure our wishes were set out incase something happened to us. This is something we had never thought about before as we are in our late thirties. We now have peace of mind and that’s all down to Wills & Trusts Legal Solutions Ltd.

What I love about my vocation is the unbelievable satisfaction of helping people get their affairs in order.
I love it every time somebody says:
"I didn't know I could do that?"
"I didn't know I could protect my home from Care Fees"
"Why hasn't someone else shown me this stuff?"
"Thats great that I can protect my children inheritance from them divorceing"
"I'm so relieved that I can stop my son or daughter from wasting his inheritance"
"Why didn't my solicitor know about this opportunity?"
"I didn't know thats how Inheritance tax works"
"I didn't know I could put things in trust to avoid I.H.T.
"I didn't know that move could get me a Capital Gains Tax bill
Its just great to be appreciated.
I have visited clients in hospital with only days to live and I have visited terminally ill clients in their home surrounded by their family. An amazing privilege. However it's less emotionally draining meeting clients when they are fit and well, in their own home or mine, who realise it's the right thing to get their affairs in order.
Helping get someones affairs in order is great, but saving a family Inheritance Tax and Care Fees is a great feeling as well.
It just sort of happened. Wish I could say it was all part of a master plan but it wasn't.
All humans are 99.9% similar - we all suffer - we all experience joy - and we all want similar things for our families.
When it comes to protecting your home and other assets for your family you can't afford to cut corners. It's either right or it isn't and if it isn't absolutely right, and I am sorry to be so blunt, you might as well have not done it at all.
In all modesty, I am very good at what I do and I haven't ever had even one client complaint about my work or fees!
I have trained literally 100s of advisers and I even have advisers as clients.
I have been honoured to be a guest speaker at dozens of events up and down the country from 30 to 1,700 delegates..
If you check out my Google business page you will see I have a 5 star rating.
I specialise in advising all homeowners who have children and who want to protect their home and other assets for the benefit of their children. I have a particular expertise in helping couples on their second marriage, with all the complexities and complications that brings to writing a will. Please contact us for a no-obligation consultation.
I look forward to meeting you if you feel my specialist services might be valuable to you.
Step 1 - Usually an initial telephone conversation will quickly show if I can help in any way.
Step 2 - The full "Discovery Meeting" can be by Zoom or face to face depending on the circumstances.
However, eventually we will have to meet as there is not yet a legally acceptable way to witness the legal documents other than face to face.
I am privileged to live and work in a remote spot so do not have to worry about contact and possible infection from neighbours or passers by etc.
When I go out, which is rarely during the pandemic, I wear a face mask and keep my distance like everybody else.
I conform to the government guidelines, which is tough as I have just had my first granddaughter :-)
When I meet clients at their home or mine I am a sensible bunny - no handshakes or hugging :-( and use hand sanitiser.
I think the key to safety during the pandemic is to wash hands and work surfaces regularly - keep a safe distance - not mix in groups - be sensible and isolate as much as possible.
