There are several moments, items and people that make up your special day. Being a documentary style photographer, I make it aim to ensure every detail is captured, allowing you to relive your day through your photographs. I focus on the unfolding of a memory rather than ordering a larger number of group, posed shots. No two people ever want the same so I take extra measures to ensure you’re experience with myself is one that is a stress-free and relaxed as possible. The most important thing, I find, is ensuring that client’s feel like they still have control. Your wedding day will be 24 hours long and there is nothing anyone can do it; we can’t prolong it, live in the happy bubble, forever. That’s the magic of photographs; they have the power to make a memory never seem too far away. I guess that is why I love weddings and every little detail that comes with them- admiring the dress, cake and flowers, to capturing those true, raw emotion. Weddings are unpredictable; there’s no set routine to follow, no photograph check list and no right or wrongs. Instead there’s only a platform of possibilities so please, take a look around my site and send me an email if you'd like to chat about what I can offer you.

What do you love most about your job?

I love that no two photoshoots are the same, whether this be weddings or family portraits. Every couple/family I meet have their own vision and I always try to incorporate their individual characters into the photographs. This not only makes the images more personal but allows clients to properly look back and recognise themselves.
I have always been a creative individual, so I love that my job allows me to fully commit and experiment with new and unique trends. To me, there is no limitation to the possibilities that each and every photograph can bring.

Why should our clients choose you?

I always find questions like this a bit hard to answer without sounding too cocky, however, I guess the main thing I strive to be is relaxed. From experience, the last thing clients want is to be followed round constantly being nagged for photographs. Also there's nothing worse than having to follow a regimented schedule! For me, the best way to capture your day perfectly is for me to act more like a guest than a worker. That way I capture the pure essence of the day, focusing on everyone having fun. I describe myself as a documentary style photographer, allowing you to look back in years to come and remember the whole day through your images alone. I am as flexible and creative as I can be, giving you not only standard, posed group photos but also artistic ones.
