Hands down the BEST money we spent on our wedding. The communication was incredible throughout and they were very accommodating to changes made because of the pandemic. From arrival it was like meeting old friends, both very professional and also amazing at putting us at ease in front of the camera. It is inspiring how devoted they are to capturing your special day and seeing how much pride they take in their job filled us with the most excitement. Lou photographed our wedding in September and we could not be happier with the service that she provided. Lou’s comms before our wedding was great, she came to meet us at our venue for a recce a few weeks beforehand and completely put us at ease. Lou’s manner is so lovely, she blended in perfectly when taking photos of the bridal party getting ready. Tim photographed our May 2021 ‘micro’ wedding at Ashridge House and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough. We’re now looking forward to having both Tim and Lou photograph our bigger celebration in September. We were recommended the Georges and, after meeting over Zoom, we were really taken by what they suggested and how friendly and helpful they were. They were particularly helpful in getting us to streamline our formal photo requirements, which we had been struggling with. The connection and ease we found with both Tim and Lou shows through in the final photos. We don’t tend to take very good photos and pull silly faces etc., and Tim knew exactly what to do to get us to relax and capture the type of shots we were looking for. On a practical note, Tim was consistently communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. His eye for detail was fantastic and he handled both the preparation and the formal photos wonderfully, knowing when to blend into the background and when to step in to get the best pictures. The flexibility shown by Tim and Lou also deserves a special mention. Our wedding was postponed twice due to COVID and the Georges have been fantastic, coping with every curveball thrown at them calmly and professionally. Being part of one of the happiest days in our couple’s lives and being able to capture each unique celebration. Meeting new people and travelling all over the country to amazing venues.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After being asked to photograph our first wedding back in 2008, we knew we wanted to do this for a living!
