Home of wildly luxurious, beautifully unique floral design. I am so proud to be a small business owner bringing you a piece of nature in the heart of the city. In my gorgeous little flower shed at the end of my garden I provide flowers for weddings and events using the best quality seasonal flowers. I believe in using the natural beauty of my flowers when creating your designs.

Two local girls with a passion for seasonal flowers bringing wild beauty to your big day. We use all our own locally grown flowers so you know nothing will have travelled more than 5 miles from our ground to your celebration! What better way to really get the absolute best of what’s in season than to come to our farm and choose exactly what you want. We know that sometimes you just don’t know quite what you want until you see it;

We are celebrating seasonality with the focus on British grown flowers. We’ve decided not to use floral foam, bleached/sprayed flowers due to their impact on the environment and health. We are here to make your flowery dreams come true.

Rosacanina has been running since 2016 and is made up of two team members; Holly (florist) and Delyth (grower). Rosacanina flowers are colourful and natural-looking British blooms for those that want beautiful flowers whilst also being mindful of the environment.

Holly at Rosacanina did the flowers for my wedding last summer. I couldn’t be happier with the end result! Holly turned the marquee, which was a complete blank canvas, into a botanical haven, with bold and bright florals; herbaceous greenery covered ladders hanging from the ceiling, bushy ferns and ivy runners for the tables. She turned my random selection of Pinterest ideas into everything I could have wanted. My guests still rave about how great it looked! And of course it’s all eco-friendly to boot. To top it all off she was a real pleasure to work with - attentive, relaxed and reliable. I couldn’t recommend Holly and the team at Rosacanina more highly!

Hi I'm Emily, an independent florist working from a small workshop at the bottom of my garden in Frenchay Village, or when more space is needed frequenting a larger studio in my Mother and Father's garden in Westbury-on-Trym.
Having grown up in Bristol, at school I was very creative and Art, Drama and Design and Technology were my favourite subjects. At 15 my first Saturday job was for Diana Porter on Cotham Hill and being surrounded by contemporary jewellery designers such as Diana, it only elevated my interest in design. Whether it was Sewing, Painting, Jewellery or Flowers my passion was unstoppable. After completing a foundation course in Art and Design at Bower Ashton unfortunately my confidence wavered.
After Art Collage I took a slightly different direction and pursued a career in property. However I continued to have an underlying urge to do something creative... on hearing my Father give his FOB speech at our wedding, he lovingly reminded me that I had a 'unique and very personal eye for colour and design, always creating something interesting, pretty with a modern twist', this was when I decided to start pursuing my love of flowers and design.
What started as a part time hobby creating arrangements for friends and family, after a lot of encouragement and support in 2015 THE LANE FLORISTRY was realised.
Our aim at THE LANE FLORISTRY is to create simple, elegant, affordable arrangements with beautiful flowers whilst ensuring our couples and clients are involved in every step of the process.
Getting to meet wonderful people or couples who are planning an event or about to embark on the most important day of their lives and being a part of those plans and there excitement - Being able to make there dreams a reality.
The fact that every client / brief is different.
How much do Wedding Flowers cost?
The average couple spends around £1,000 on wedding flowers. However, many couples spend less whilst others spend more. Whatever your budget, there will be plenty of options available to you. It’s best to contact your preferred florist for a quote as early as possible to talk through the options available for your budget and to secure your date.
What are the cheapest Wedding Flowers?
If you’re looking to save money on your wedding flowers, there are a few options to choose from. Sunflowers and tulips are ideal options for spring and summer weddings, keeping costs to a minimum whilst still looking great. If you’re having a winter wedding, opt for lillies or chrysanthemums for a burst of colour on a budget.
When should you book Wedding Flowers?
It’s never too early to book your wedding flowers, especially if you’re hoping to book a specific florist. You should book your wedding flowers at least six months in advance, but for the best chance of securing your favourite florist, you should contact them as soon as you’ve set a date. You’ll then be able to finalise the plans for your flowers closer to your wedding day.
