Julie, is simply wonderful. With a new twist in her business she is helping brides keep costs to a minimum with DIY lessons. In one evening I learned how to tie a simple bouquet, how to use different textures to create a simply stunning posy. I'm now fully excited and less daunted to put my own flowers together. I will be heading back for any other floral needs in the future.

When I trained as a florist i knew immediately I wanted to work within the wedding flower industry, deciding it was sensible to gain as much experience as possible, whilst perfecting my style. My experience working within retail floristry over the next 6 years was invaluable - learning the trade from all aspects. On a regular basis I update my training with floristry courses run by industry experts - most recently with Sabine Darrall - with a particular interest in eco-friendly floristry.

Cathy was super helpful in the run up to my wedding, chatting to me about what would work, sending me pictures and just being dead good with all my questions! And the flowers were JUST PERFECT! The girls had little wax flower crowns, which looked Georgous and everyone liked them, the button holes matched and were great, then I had the most beautiful Bouquet of ranunculus in a blush pink when went amazingly well with my dress. thanks guys

I used Lucie and the team for my wedding flowers. The service was outstanding and very personal. I provided Lucie with pictures of what I wanted and discussed this with me and went through all of my option. On the day the flowers were beautiful and far better than I could ever have imagined. Such amazing service and by far the most cost effective quotation I had.
We are an event floristry, design & styling company. We love transforming venues with beautiful blooms and innovative styling.

Suzy was hands on & amazing from the day I met her. I turned up to our first visit with no real idea on flowers and no inspirational mood boards with what I had in mind for our wedding flowers but none of that mattered to her. She had hundreds of examples of flowers she had done (many of them being at our venue) to slowly go through with me until we had built up an idea of what I wanted for the day. From that moment forwards she constantly kept us in the loop, replied virtually instantly to my many meltdown emails along the way & always offered superb, professional advice. She met with us ahead of the big day at her wholesalers so we could pick in person the final flowers we would use on the day which was a huge help in picturing how everything would look on the day!
On our wedding day she couldn’t have been more prompt and professional. She even collected our hired vases etc ahead of time and set the whole table decorations up herself so we literally didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day. We cannot thank her enough for helping make our day go so smoothly without a single stress!
I cannot recommend Suzy enough for anything floristry, she really is one of a kind!
How much do Wedding Flowers cost?
The average couple spends around £1,000 on wedding flowers. However, many couples spend less whilst others spend more. Whatever your budget, there will be plenty of options available to you. It’s best to contact your preferred florist for a quote as early as possible to talk through the options available for your budget and to secure your date.
What are the cheapest Wedding Flowers?
If you’re looking to save money on your wedding flowers, there are a few options to choose from. Sunflowers and tulips are ideal options for spring and summer weddings, keeping costs to a minimum whilst still looking great. If you’re having a winter wedding, opt for lillies or chrysanthemums for a burst of colour on a budget.
When should you book Wedding Flowers?
It’s never too early to book your wedding flowers, especially if you’re hoping to book a specific florist. You should book your wedding flowers at least six months in advance, but for the best chance of securing your favourite florist, you should contact them as soon as you’ve set a date. You’ll then be able to finalise the plans for your flowers closer to your wedding day.
