From start to finish Luis a from Aqua Silver catering was amazing ! We were lucky enough to secure him at late notice to celebrate my daughter’s 21st whilst in partial lockdown. He contacted me straight away to discuss my enquiry and liased closely with both myself and Grace to ensure all catering needs were met. On the evening he arrived with Pippa who was just delightful. Canapés were delicious, starters a dream and the main course was simply the best seabass I’ve ever tasted !! Pippa spoilt us by clearing away and doing the washing up. I wouldn’t hesitate in booking Luis - in fact we’ve rebooked him for December for my husbands 55th! Thank you Luis for making Grace’s 21st amazing! Jackie and David
