We were reassured my office manager Steve that they really would provide a quality job. The night prior to the work commencing Elegance came to our house to check, reassure that everything was as it should be and this is where we met Owner Colin. A all round nice guy and genuine person. We were told that the job would take 2.5 days and thought that this was quick. The team that came Headed up by Leon and Ed was superb. They were friendly, helpful and extremely professional in every aspect of the job. Not one member of the team did not know what was going on and every single member harmonized with the other members of the team. Can you replace a roof yourself?
