My experience with Luke was great. I called him to have a look at my roof and he came when he said he would. He is polite and honest (which is hard to find these days). We had another "roofer" come to "fix" our roof, he left us with water pouring in ruining our ceiling; called these guys for help and they got scaffolding up, fixed the roof and stopped the leaks, re-did the work from the previous roofer properly and even went to the trouble to match our tiles. had these guys basically put new floorboards in, made the flooring level, put vinyl click flooring in, fix a leak in the shower/bath/radiators and put a new radiator in place plus plastering of the ceiling, among other things in our bathroom. they were fantastic throughout, very communicative and friendly. I would recommend these to anyone looking at any home improvements/renovations. we will definitely be using them for more work around the house in the very near future. 10/10 couldnt fault them.
