Unlike other roofing companies we use our own roofers who are not sub contractors or unvetted. I have over 20 years experience as a roofer and slater myself and have trained and developed some of the more well known roofers in the industry. We do not always take on every job as I am at an age and experience where I be selective of my projects as I like to give each client 100% of my knowledge and experience as well as a first class customer service and after care. I am new to advertising as I have never had to do any due to word of mouth for years however my team are getting bigger and it is time to allow others to be able to use our services too.

What do you love most about your job?

I particularly enjoy seeing the before during and after pictures of a roof that needed done badly. It always gives me satisfaction seeing a customer happy and recommending us to their friends and family or neighbours.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have had my business for 17 years but as a sole trader as I was never short of work through doing friends roofs and it kept growing from there. I then have decided to launch the business as a ltd company due to seeing the amount of "roofing" companies out there who have done unacceptable roofs that I have ended up repairing. Having a ltd company will allow me to start thinking more about the growth of the business and securing a future for my kids too.

Why should our clients choose you?

We will always be honest and transparent about your roof and will never advise of a new roof if it is not needed.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

We can provide our services online or remotely however we would always prefer to see the roof live.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

We have a steady supply of PPE for our staff, We have adopted a work life balance approach and now get more productivity due to this model.

It’s always recommended to hire a professional roofer to repair or replace a roof. Repairing a roof involves working at height which can be extremely dangerous if you aren’t professionally trained and without the right safety equipment. Roofs are also delicate, meaning that they can be easily damaged during a DIY repair. This could lead to further costs later down the line.

In the majority of cases, a leaking roof will not be covered by home insurance. Some companies offer this type of insurance as an add-on service which needs to be purchased on top of standard home insurance. The exception to this is if your roof was damaged by a storm, in which case you may find that your home insurance will cover the damage. However, the majority of cases will not be covered by insurance.

A new roof may increase property value slightly. The level of increase depends on the condition of the existing roof. If the existing roof is in poor condition and is detracting from the home’s value, replacing the roof is a great investment. If the existing roof is in good condition and there is no visual issue, replacing the roof is unlikely to affect the value of the property.
