A comprehensive planning and design service starting with an evaluation of your requirements and their suitability to your property. I discuss alternative options which offer either a better use of space and/or value for money in the build process. It is important to be able to provide a design that does what it needs to in terms of layout, fits in well visually with the existing property and comes within the budget the client has in mind.

Robert Ozols Ltd have carried out numerous works in my property over the last few years, and I couldn't recommend him more. He is friendly, efficient and does what he says he will do, which in my past experience with other builders is a rarity! He has carried out smaller jobs such as building a bathroom cupboard, to bigger jobs such as re-plastering my entire hallway, and fitting my new kitchen. Expect a phone call from me soon Robert - I have some more work in the pipeline!
Thanks again...

In response to the review above,We are a large sized scaffolding company who get repeat business from our customers. We have large housing developments and large commercial projects and whom we have great relationships. You got let down from your original scaffolding contractor and we stepped up and said we will do it at the same rate for you which was agreed. But because you got let down we had to squeeze this in for you within a couple of days, bearing in mind this is a large pub which would take a lot of materials.I said we normally run at a week lead in time, so when you had finished (because you hadn’t met your deadline due to being let down by your other scaffolder) you wanted it down instantly. You must of assumed we had employees sat waiting for your phone call to dismantle the scaffold? We got it down in a timely & efficient manner.Regarding damages, this is the first I have heard about this. And it is in a review online, so where was the call/email/photo?
How long does an extension take?
How long your extension takes will depend on its size and complexity. A single story rear extension will usually take around three months to complete, whilst a double story extension may take up to six months. When you request a quote for your extension, your property extension specialist will be able to give you an estimate of how long your extension will take to complete.
How much value will an extension add to my property?
The value that an extension will add to your property will depend on how much extra space you are gaining and how much of the garden will remain. The majority of the time, an extension will add value to your property. Try looking on sites such as Rightmove and Zoopla at the prices of similar properties in your area to get an idea of how much value an extension could add to your property.
How can I pay for a home extension?
Most people pay for a home extension using their savings. If you need a small amount of extra money, you may be able to use a credit card or take out a loan to fund your home improvements. Another popular option is to remortgage your home, reducing your share in the property. This will free up funds which can be used to extend your property. It’s best to get independent financial advice to find the right way forward for funding your extension.
