Working with William was a delight in so many ways. Here are the top three things that really stood out for me:
1) William took the time to understand our company. This included an introduction phone call and then follow up research that he carried out in his own time. I was really impressed that he knew the key aspects of our organisation and paid attention to things like our brand colours. He took all of these things into consideration to give visual cues within our photos.
2) William has a lovely personable approach. He makes people feel really relaxed and comfortable. This is especially nice to have when some people are understandably nervous about having their picture taken. It allows them to be more themselves.
3) Speaking of which, William has a true talent of capturing people’s personalities. I really feel this is something that separates him from other photographers. When all of us saw our photos we really felt seen and an element of ‘wow, that’s really me.’
