In simple terms - Karl was brilliant. He came into our job on the back foot; our builders walked off site leaving us and our small kids in a very vulnerable position. Karl arrived the day after they left to get our essentials up and running (dishwasher, sink and kitchen tap). He then spent his Saturdays, the only time he had left to fit us in, plumbing in our radiators. This was no easy task given the appalling way our previous builders had installed the pipe work. He never gave up, despite the many, many challenges their poor workmanship presented. I can’t recommend Karl enough. He will go above and beyond in every respect. He is friendly, diligent, and has a great eye for detail and no matter how tricky the job, he won’t ever give up till it is finished to his exacting standards.
