Ecoheat fitted us a new boiler in March 2022 of those who quoted I found them the friendliest and when it came to installation they were quick and efficient. Today I had to call on them as my daughter helpfully decided to lean too hard on an old and incorrectly installed radiator (not by Ecoheat) and it was hanging off the wall and leaking. My partner is working away and I didn't know who else to call. Emily tried to get me seen but all the engineers were fully booked and I started to panic but two minutes later she called me back to say Matt would come out and help me! I'm so so grateful that you came out and as your moto goes large enough to cope and small enough to care is 💯 Matt even went above and beyond by adding a few more screws for extra support just in case!
