Paul was excellent and targeted his therapy so well to my sport (triple jump) and my own capabilities. He also did strength testing to identify my weaknesses which was really useful. He was also able to suggest a wide variety of things/exercises to do to rehabilitate my ankle injury. I would recommend to anyone, regardless of sport or ability level as I'm very confident Paul will Taylor his therapy to you. More...

I’ve been working with Paul for the past 6month since I had a surgery on my shoulder due to dislocation! As an ex professional kickboxing athlete and as a personal trainer I have been around physio loads of times however Paul has been the most experienced than anyone I have worked with! He is so professional and knowledgeable that it’s worth more than a visit! He knows exactly what to do when it comes down to planning and organising your physio which I’m at the stage where I don’t worry anymore about my shoulder! I have started lifting weights and I’m back to kickboxing sooner than I was expecting and that’s due to Paul! He was also made me feel so welcomed which was a big part as i not only have a good physio but also a good friend! 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for sure! More...

I saw Paul at Olympus Physiotherapy for a knee problem I’ve had for a few years and have been to other physios about without much success. From the beginning, it was clear that Paul really knows his stuff and it makes sense when you look at his professional background and the places/ people he’s worked with. He took the time to listen and really understand what my problem was and try and find the root cause of the issue. He gave me very clear advice on how to manage my symptoms and prescribed me a rehab plan that I was able to work with in the gym and stick to, which has proven really effective. Other physios I’ve seen just gave me a handful of exercises to do at home that didn’t really do anything and were really difficult to fit into my day. I’m now back and training Muay Thai without any issues and feeling really confident in my knee. I highly recommend him! More...

I had a series of remote consultations with Paul whilst working at sea on after a severe flare-up of an old back injury. When it started I was unable to walk properly which made living on a working vessel highly challenging, affecting my ability to do the job. Starting with a short phase of a few key stretches to settle things, Paul then designed a focused program building both strength and mobility. Given the nature of my work, he wrote it to fit my work pattern rather than the other way round (numerous exercises with an unsustainable frequency like many physios prescribe), allowing me to maintain consistency despite a heavy work schedule. Two key factors set Paul's work apart; the practical nature of his programming to work around my schedule/needs, and the quality of it. Needless to say his record/experience as a physiotherapist speaks for itself. My pain has now settled, my mobility improved, and I'm stronger than before I started - much of this progress was apparent within a few weeks. I hadn't thought remote physiotherapy would be particularly helpful, but am glad to have been proven wrong. More...

Q&As

After working in the high performance sport industry for the last 12 years, I wanted to deliver the same standard of care to the general public and help promote healthy and active lifestyles

Unlike many other physiotherapy practices, I have a track record of working with some of the World’s best athletes and helping them achieve their peak performance. I therefore have extensive skills and experience to help you effectively manage and recover from your injuries.

I offer online consultations. From a subjective history, a good physio should have at least an 80% confidence value in the cause of your injury and can therefore safely and confidently support you with remote rehabilitation programming or injury management advice. Online consultations, can be just as effective as seeing a physio in-clinic.
