Hi, my name is Edric! My view of Osteopathy is a whole body, holistic approach. Being caring, empathetic and detailed, I assess how your Body has adapted and reacted to its environment and lifestyle. I take my time to not only understand your physical traumas but also how your stress, mentality and perception of your body can influence your symptoms of pain. I employ a range of therapeutic techniques to address your needs, including acupuncture, cupping therapy, lymphatic drainage, and massage.

I cant praise this guy enough. Dr Gray is a true professional, I inched my way to his clinic after a week of acute back spasm, he took time to thoroughly diagnose, treat and set me up with exercises to relieve my problem. At all time he told me what treatment doing and the reason why. I was able to get back in my bike within 24hrs - I have no hesitate to recommend him

I would highly recommend Kris for your physiotherapy needs.
He worked with my father, who had severely restricted mobility, getting him firmly on the way to independent walking.
Kris combined a sound knowledge base with a friendly approach to get the best out of my father.
We are very grateful to him and his team.

I’ve been coming to Physio On for almost a year now and I cannot recommend the team enough! Paul is a very dedicated, experienced and professional physio / osteopath and has been helping me a lot with my neck and ankle. He always makes you feel at ease, taking the time to understand the root of the problem and treating it. I have also appreciated and benefitted from the many exercises and tips Paul has given me to strengthen my ankle and avoid future injuries.Paul has also always been very flexible with scheduling appointments which has helped me a lot with last minute changes! If you’re looking for a young, dynamic, friendly and most importantly professional team in central London, look no further!

Nancy is an excellent osteopath who worked wonders with my baby when he was only 6 days old. I watched as his little body literally opened up like a flower on her treatment couch. I'd had a long and difficult labour and we were both in need of balancing so I also had treatment which helped to release some of the trauma that my body had also gone through. I have continued to see Nancy and I know that I am in safe and very knowledgeable hands.

David provided a personalised, friendly and effective service. He was really good at designing a programme to suit my goals (e.g. getting back into racquet sports) and was great at encouraging me along the way. Even though I know physio is evidence-based, I have previously struggled to keep up with exercises that don't 'seem' to work. But David was great at explaining what each exercise was for and how they complemented eachother. He always had plenty of time for my questions and concerns and his positivity kept me going even when progress felt slow. And most importantly, it worked! After almost without holding a racquet I'm delighted to be getting back into badminton without any discomfort.
