Bwoachi specialises in personal training for fat loss and toning and holistic health. Asides from personal fitness training, we offer alternative therapies that can aid in rehabilitation from injury and illness. I use an integrative approach so although I provide the below services seperately, we can combine the therapies if I feel this would be more beneficial.

Brilliant trainer. Quick results and long term training. Dynamic training, never boring. The insanity workout DVD obviously took some of Robs innovative training ideas! :)

I focus on various areas of health depending on what the client is after. This will generally cover nutrition, lifestyle changes, and of course exercise.
I do food intolerance testing if need be to find the ideal foods for the client.
The exercise regime, will be tailor made to the client to accommodate and help, fix any posture issues or injuries.
Lifestyle changes in most cases will need to be made, and we work together to evaluate what can easily be changed in the clients life to give them a greater chance of getting the desired goal

The biggest secret to the body of your dreams, is clarity, determination and belief.

If you don't have a clear vision of what you want to achieve, you won't achieve it. You can't get to a destination that you don't know. So you have to be clear in what you want to achieve. What does it look like, what dress size, what weight, etc.

You can see it but you don't believe you can achieve it, you will never put in 100% and you'll never be determined to work hard towards it, whether that is in the gym or in the kitchen.

I can honestly say I love doing what I do. I get to help people for a living! Whether that is to increase their strength, improve their physique or help them move better.

I love seeing a client achieve their goal, overcoming barriers, that had held them back in the past, or simply moving better than they did a month before.

I had a vision of helping people become better versions of themselves, physically, emotionally, and mentally.

I am the personal trainer that CARES! I take pride in my work so each interaction I have with someone I give them the best of me.
I am experienced and knowledgable in various subjects which has allowed me to work with people with various health and fitness issues
