Since the change of management a year ago, this groomers has gone from strength to strength. Gina and her team are so knowledgable but more importantly so caring of the dogs that it is a pleasure to go there. My dog, i must admit, was initially so poorly groomed and so knotted that she had to be groomed quite short the first time i went there. Gina made it clear that they put the well being of the dog before the vanity of the owner so although I wanted a particular cut, she helped me understand that it would have been harmful and cruel to my baby to groom in the way I wanted. The decision was left to me to go ahead or not. Gina even suggested that I could get a second opinion from another groomer (what business would normally be confident enough to suggest going to a competitor!!) or a vet. I decided to go with Gina's recommendation and 3 grooms on my gorgeous fur baby is looking better than she has ever looked. I can't recommend this place highly enough. 5 stars.
