Most of the time it is easier to ignore giving a review as the belief is that whatever the work carried out, it is done properly as an expectation. On the other hand though, sometimes it becomes essential to share exceptional experiences of satisfaction of work carried out and attitude of those involved.
TD Paving are a family business with father and two sons who worked tirelessly to meet goals and deadlines, with perfection, for me as a client.
I am a very fussy person and have high expectations for work I require. In addition, I expect 100% openness and trust which works two ways for both parties to be comfortable.
There were three aspects of the work I required to be carried out, i.e. uplift and re-lay blocks from an old patio, lay new patio and path and re-position boundary fence.
I am more than satisfied with the results of having my existing patio moved and placed in another spot with the existing materials. A new beautiful patio was then installed in its place, to perfection. There were matters within the installation where I “interfered in” but was reassured that my satisfaction would be the only concern. The boundary fence was moved flawlessly without fuss. The friendliness of Tom and his two sons is much appreciated.
I have no hesitation in recommending this outstanding company who carried out everything seamlessly. There was no mess and no fuss, with all being left clean and tidy. I am also pleased to point out that I phoned Tom after a week with something that concerned me, and literally much to my surprise, within a few hours he was at my door to make sure my concerns were addressed and sorted.
