Just want to say a massive thankyou to mark,jack and Liam for great job done on my new patio and pathway.Initially had lot of rubble and muck to dig out and clear and worked so hard. Nothing was to much trouble and always tidied up at end of each day. I do not have a single complaint about this company and their work. Mark (boss) Jack and Liam were polite ,industrious,and hard working throughout their time on my project. They were always here when they said they would be, and stayed on the job until it was completed. They left the site as tidy as possible at the end of each working day. A poorly laid patio required replacing and levels reorganising. Mark, from Hammer & Stone, was able to advise on the means for doing this and his quotation for the work was reasonable. He started work on the agreed date and along with his assistant, worked very hard to achieve the desired result. On the way, there were unforeseen problems in that the original patio had been laid on a previous concrete base and over a concrete path, creating much more digging-out and rubble removal. In order to reduce rainwater run-off a small soakaway was also included.All in all, the finished job is exactly what we wanted and has greatly improved the look of the garden.We would happily recommend Hammer & Stone for your hard landscaping.
