We had the worst possible experience with this company. We appointed them to do some work in our garden. In the beginning, we were told that we only needed to pay the deposit (which we did) and then the last payment will be at the end after everything was completed and we were happy with the job. That was absolutely not the case. If any additional work is required/requested, then Patrick (the main person in this company) will request money immediately. In a kind of obsessive way, like if he simply cannot wait for the money to reach his account. We paid for work over 95% of the job before it was completed. When we requested for them to come back to finish and fix a couple of problems that we were having, it was nearly impossible to reach them. The number of excuses that we had to hear from Patrick when they did not bother to show up to the job was ridiculous, they varied from funerals (more than one!) to heart attacks.

There were several things that were not done properly, and we even paid for extra work that they did not complete. When we made the request, Patrick asked us to pay for that particular job in advance, we gave an advance payment, but they never carry out the job and kept the money.

They also charged us an extortionate price for extra work that according to them was necessary, and obviously at that point when you just want to finish the job, there is no other option but to agree to pay. We had a bad experience with another contractor in the past, but nothing like this. The way this company behaved is almost criminal, the only reason we decided not to seek legal action is that we still need to pay someone else to finish the garden and correct the many problems we were left due to this company poor workmanship. It is surprising that they have good reviews, we strongly doubt that we are the first ones having problems with them. In summary, it was a horrible experience dealing with Patrick. We will recommend you to stay away if you value your money. At this point, we feel that the least we could do is to warn others, so they do not fall into this company false advertising. I would highly recommend prime drive paving very reasonable guy to speak to gave me cheapest quote outta 4 others I had full Rezulin driveway and drains fitted completely in love with my drive

Had my front drive way and patio fully blocked paved fully recommend the guys at five star rateing arrived on time and left everything perfectly cleaned and tidy would use again
