Firstly I wish there was more than five stars cause I cannot express how Jeff and his therapy has changed my life for the better... I think to leave a fair and honest review I need share abit of my story and my road to recovery ?. March 2019 I was knocked of my peddle bike and sadly spent almost two months in hospital, then almost another 6 months bed bond with very little mobility in until I met Jeff. Of course getting physio through the NHS is on the road to recovery but they don't truly deal with the stiffness and the issues I only know now that seeing Jeff could help me with. Jeff is extremely professional and took the time to understand my condition and he's knowledgeable approach has been a breath of fresh air. He really cares about what he does, we discuss at length what we can do differently each week when I see him, his compassion and support to help drive me further had helped me getting from a wheelchair to two crutches and even now I am down to one crutch and back at work. I will it was great when I was house bond because getting out about was difficult and painful; So having a laugh with Jeff talking away, really lifted my spirits once a week every time. But I could go on and on, as I said Jeff has truly helped me on my road to recovery and I will continue my journey with his support. Even my consultant and physio's has been pleased that I have utilised his services and I cannot recommend him enough cause without him I wouldn't be where I am today. Thank you Jeff!!
