I’ve used Peter Ross & Co for a number of years now following a bad experience from a previous firm (I won’t name and shame). As a Property Investor I continue to build on my portfolio and as you can appreciate I have a lot of work to do with these guys on every purchase. This firm have been nothing short of outstanding for me. Their fees are very competitive and they have always delivered on time for me when pushing a purchase, this brings particular attention to Jessica who even completed a recent purchase of a property for me a week ahead of the initial completion date which has allowed me to get in to the property and commence work sooner. Previous to this Leanne acted on my behalf on other purchases and again acted with a sense of urgency on all cases too. As things stand I would no longer use any other firm than Peter Ross & Co, if you want the job done right with a sense of urgency at a competitive rate then you’ve found the right people here.
