Having had occasion to use conveyancing solicitors on a number of occasions, I would give Mr Liam Bradshaw the highest accolade of all I have come across. Whilst there were occasions when he could not immediately give a complete answer as information was not available, he sought the answer as soon as possible. Clearly buying and selling a home is a very emotional experience and fraught with anxieties, Mr Bradshaw was most understanding and made the transition as easy as possible. He answered all our questions to the best of his knowledge, at the time of asking or as soon as was possible. His advice was timely and extremely helpful. We would not hesitate to use him again and would recommend him to anyone considering a conveyancing solicitor. I used Mark Swatts Morse for first time in 2011 to buy my first house and since then I found myself going back again and again to purchase of another property, sale of my first house and purchase of another with my partner.
