Philip was very quick to respond to my request and was very well mannered, we arranged with him to come out the next day and he was on time to our appointment. He took all measurements and drew them out, while all the time talking to me and my wife asking, I think any and every question relevant to our kitchen. He knows his products inside out and promised to have our designs, proposals pack and quote back within 72 hours. We actually received It the following evening which surprised me, as many other companies don't even reply nowadays. The day before install all products turned up on site and Philip came and checked them all in, which was a pleasant suprise. On the day of install his fitting team turned up before 8am were very polite and protected all walkways in our home. They worked tirelessly from start to finish over a 4 day period, nothing was too much trouble for any of them. TKO's fitting team is a credit to Philip and his company, me and my wife can't thank them enough for all there help and support and mostly for our amazing new kitchen. Thanks TKO
