We recently had our kitchen completely upgraded by Rob and Emma, and have nothing but good things to say about it, or them! From start to finish they made everything as clear and straightforward as possible, and really made us feel confident and happy with the whole process. We're thrilled with the result, and we're still getting compliments about it from friends and visitors. Most importantly, it's made a real difference to our family, as we now have a space which is much more open, and much nicer to spend time in. When you make a big investment in your house you really want it to make a big difference for the better, and that's definitely the case for us. A few things we have to mention, apart from the kitchen itself: - At no point were we ever left wondering what was happening, where people were, or how things were getting on. Emma worked closely with us early on to decide on plans, designs, appliances etc, and gave us loads of info about timescales, decision points, required payments etc. When the work started, Rob and all the other tradesmen involved were always prompt and always at pains to keep us in the loop. We never worried about things at at any stage (where are they? what's happening?), because the communication was always so transparent. - All the tradesmen involved were lovely to have around the house. We were effectively sharing our home for a month, but it never felt intrusive. - Rob's attention to detail really is exemplary: he takes so much pride in the rooms he creates, and as a client it's lovely to know that nothing is too much trouble. A lot of businesses say that, but Rob really lives it - and he makes sure that that ethos is reflected across all aspects of the room. In summary: you couldn't be in better hands. More...

Another incredible kitchen transformation from Rob and Emma. This is the second time I have used these guys and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Rob added an island to the kitchen, moved sinks around and added brand new composite worktops and composite backsplash. Brilliant advice and lovely to have around the house. Really trust these guys to do amazing work and will certainly be using them again! 🙌 More...

Rob and Emma have provided us with the most amazing kitchen! They are a fantastic team. Right from the first consultation they were brilliant. Rob was so down to earth and just got what we wanted straight away. Emma basically nailed the design on the first go and worked with us to perfect it and make it work with our budget - nothing was too much trouble and she was always quick to respond and answer any queries. They project managed the removal of a load bearing wall between our dining room and kitchen and just made the whole experience as stress free as possible. All of their team worked so hard, put in long hours and left things so tidy. I never had to chase them or check up on them. I had 100% confidence to leave them to just get on with the job, which is quite rare. We are over the moon with the end result. It's exactly what we wanted and more. We originally had a very low ceiling - which Rob stripped back and vaulted - something we didn't know was an option, but it has made the world of difference.
