Royvon is a family business, established in 1959 in Merthyr Tydfil by Roy and Yvonne. Their son Darren grew up around dogs and started his dog training practice skills on the dogs that came to stay for boarding, to the delight of customers who saw their dogs progress quickly. Darren took over the family business at 16, developing the kennel services at Royvon into a Board and Train programme to help dogs of all breeds and personalities to live a happy, confident life.

Whilst CCT has been active for 5yrs (on October 19th 2024), director and founder Caroline has been working with rescues & reactive canines; rehabilitating for 8yrs. Now specialising in Large & Muscular breeds. With a lifetime of animal ownership and experience and IMDT training certification your furbaby will have a home from home experience, whilst being in the hands of someone who can understand their individual needs.
