We had Matteo, watch and train or two puppies for 2 weeks. They learned some basic commands up down, sit, and he worked with them with walking on a leash. We appreciate all that he did. The dogs are still puppies, so it's still gonna take some time to. Master these things, but he got us on a good start. We would definitely use him in the future to watch our puppies. If we go away or to further train them.

From the moment I walked in, I could tell this place was top-notch. The facility was immaculate, and everything that was explained to me before training was exactly what was delivered over the two weeks. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process—they kept me informed every step of the way. The team is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. They truly care about the dogs and treat both the pets and their owners like family. I couldn’t be happier with the experience or the results. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional dog training facility.

We began working with Michelle from Happy Tails shortly after bringing home our puppy at 12 weeks old, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience or the results. Michelle started with an in-home consultation to understand our goals, which included teaching everyday commands such as sit, stay, come, wait, and off, as well as improving behaviors around crate time, mealtime, undue barking, and waiting a little longer before wanting to come out of her crate in the morning. From the beginning, Michelle approached the training with patience, warmth, and genuine care. She made each exercise feel like a fun and positive experience rather than a task, and our puppy responded wonderfully to her hands-on approach. Michelle was also very patient and encouraging with us as we learned how to consistently reinforce the exercises between sessions. Now at 5½ months old, our puppy has made tremendous progress, and we have seen the positive changes and outcomes we were hoping for. We would wholeheartedly recommend Michelle to any new or experienced dog owner looking to improve their dog’s behavior and habits through caring, focused, and effective training.
