We are fully insured, licensed by our local authority and registered with our local vets. We are licensed to care for up to three dogs per day, but we only take one dog (or two from the same family) for overnight sleepovers or for a weekend or holiday sit.

Our two elderly toy poodles (who don’t think they are old at all!) had a truly wonderful ‘home from home’ holiday with Nicki and Paul. Receiving ‘pupdates’ from Nicki (as my husband called them) each day on my phone, was lovely and reassuring that they were having a fine time without us and that all was well. This meant that we were able to properly enjoy our time away without worrying about them. We feel that they were completely at home with Nicki and Paul and that was such a delight for us all. We would like to thank you Nicki and Paul very much for providing such an excellent service for our doggies needs and as you know, we will be visiting again soon.

Very professional staff, so helpful and knowledgeable. Our two dogs and three Bengals returned happy and in great condition. We are also very grateful as we were unable to drop or collect our brood this year but Andrew very kindly helped us out by collecting and returning them. I can't recommend Downlands highly enough. We will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone who needs somewhere to board their fur babies. Many thanks.
