The mood boards she created were a great way of imagining how everything could work together and I felt free to say what worked and didn’t work for me so she could change it to something just right.Kay had great practical ideas in terms of what we needed for storage - having two young children there is always a lot of stuff around and it was key to me that we had plenty of storage in the finished project which we achieved. She also had lots of great little tweaks and finishing touches to suggest that would never have occurred to us and have made all the difference.Kay was aware of the budget we were working to and her charges were clear, fair and properly explained at the start. Having never used in interior designer before I was a little nervous about the cost at first but was reassured at the start and always felt in control of costs.
