This first meeting is not charged for. Is it a sales ploy, may be, but for us it is more about understanding the project, the clients, the time line and the budget.
Through out the project we will continue to update the clients with progress without being over intrusive, but we are a team and we all have to play our parts and the clients are key members of the team.
