Are you looking to get started or improve your guitar skills and learn in a fun, engaging manner that actually feels more like "playing" the guitar, rather than "working" and getting nowhere? Are you stuck on a plateau and playing the same old things over and over again, but want to really shake things up? I've been playing for over 13 years now, have played live for various audience sizes, taught and recorded, but no matter what the situation - I LOVE playing the guitar!

I offer one-to-one lessons in Guitar, Bass Guitar, Double Bass and Ukulele. I try to tailor what we do to your interests - you can choose appropriate songs to learn, or we can get ready for music exams - I normally use the RSL (Rockschool) exam board. I teach in Rock and Pop (but not classical) styles. I don't charge for our first meeting, where we can talk about what you want, and I can show you what it's like when I'm teaching.
I teach Electric Bass , Guitar and Drums. From Blues to Rock and Pop. I teach 1 to 1 online video sessions on Zoom, Facetime or Skype. Or if you prefer visits to your home or use my home studio where you have access to professional equipment. My lessons focus on the fundamentals of Music Theory in a comprehensive, structured approach to expand their knowlege. Lessons are bespoke to the students level of ability, with encouragement and guidance.

These guys are amazing, so helpful and go above and beyond with any help that we've needed. My son started lessons with Joey in the middle of February and has continued lessons via skype since lockdown. He has learnt so much already. Joey bases the lessons around what my son needs to learn and what interests my son too. Its a friendly atmosphere with no pressure and lots of fun. I would 100% recommend these guys.
