My name is Sara Mayer and I do all kinds of photography, but predominantly wedding photography now, as it fits in better around my family life. When a couple would like a second photographer, my husband Douglas gets involved. We cover Northamptonshire and parts of Leicestershire, Cambridgeshire and Rutland. We decided to book Sara and Doug as our photographers based not only on their work I had seen but also how lovely they both are. Sara is so enthusiastic and energetic in every aspect of her work. I met with them beforehand to discuss the style of photos and the details of the wedding. I felt at ease the whole way through the process. They came to see the venues ahead of the day and when my reception venue let me down they adapted seamlessly with the venue change. In fact, Sara helped ease my stress at that time.
The day came and Sara arrived at my parents' house. She fit right in with my relatives and Bridesmaids. She was helpful and went above and beyond photography duties, dressing my daughter.
They both worked tirelessly on such a hot day to get the perfect shots.
A lot of my guests commented how lovely they both were, they were brilliant with the children as it shows in the photos. They kept it all very fun and everyone really enjoyed the photo booth. The album that followed was beautifully hand decorated.
As for the photos... WOW!! They are so stunning. I couldn't believe how beautiful they were and how perfectly they had captured the whole day.
The high level of service didn't end on the day. Sara kept me up-to-date on everything. She consulted me on everything, which made it feel a lot more personal.
The wooden presentation box is amazing. The album is such high quality and really tells the story of our wedding day.
I cannot begin to thank Sara and Doug enough. You have captured our day perfectly and we are so grateful for the memories that we will treasure.
They really took into consideration, who we are and what we wanted rather than a standard shot list. If you want a truly personalised service I cannot recommend Fotovida highly enough. They are just absolutely fantastic!

I don’t do the dull boring cheesy nonsense and I certainly won’t spend the entire day hiding behind a plant pot. This is not to say that I won’t engage ninja mode and capture those unrehearsed natural moments, but it means that I will be well involved when there’s fun to be had. Hell yes I’m there to get you the best possible images for your big day but I have an absolute blast at every wedding I do, and it shows in my work.

Wow, the photo's were superb and would like to thank Darren for capturing some lovely moments that we (Father and Mother of the Bride), and Bec and Dan, can treasure.
