Welcome to Pets Get Physical, we are based in Hazel Grove and cover all the surrounding areas too where possible Dog Walking - £10 per hour We run two group walks each weekday, one earlier lunch and one later lunch. We pick up and drop off your pet and make sure they have lots of fun whilst we are out and about. Batson's Happy Dogs was founded by Stella who has 25 years of experience working with young children and pets. It was her love of dogs and the outdoors that drove Stella to establish Batson's Happy Dogs and due to the the growth of the company she is now joined by Lindsay and Kevin Batson . Here at Batson's Happy Dogs we specialise in dog walking (either group or solo walks), flexible care, small pet visits and convalescence. We provide a professional, friendly service and treat all dogs with love and care as if they were our our pet. We are a member of the Professional Dog Walking Association (PDWA), fully insured, DBS checked and Pet First Aid trained. For group walks we can collect your dog in our customised van that has 6 individual cages, fitted with show style locks to all access doors and emergency escape doors to the rear cages. The cages are lined with Vet bed comfortable mats. The hours walk time only starts once we have all the dogs ready to start the walk at that sessions destination.
No matter what the weather I love the outdoors, being with dogs and having fun so this is an ideal occupation for me. I really enjoy building a trust with the dogs and then seeing how happy they are each and every time I collect them. You see how excited they are to see me especially if they have been away with their owners on holiday and so haven't seen me for a short while.
Having worked for 24 years with young children, I felt it was time for a career change and therefore decided to combine my love of dogs
and the outdoors to set up Batson's Happy Dogs. Also I felt it would be great to work for myself and see how I could grow not only a business
but something I love doing from scratch.
Being a dog walker isn't just a job to me it's a passion and I really get a kick from seeing how happy the dogs
are to see me when they are out walking with their owners.
