I love my new bathroom. Good quality materials and fitments. We went to their supplier in Glasgow to choose the wall panels and flooring. Installation team very pleasant. Always cleaned up at the end of the day. James (boss) was there working as part of the team so we could make adjustments to the design as they arose. Problems like pipes we found when the old bathroom was taken out were boxed in at only materials cost despite them spending an extra day on the job in the end. Good at re-ordering and coming back to fit a couple of fixtures where we'd changed our minds and a few snagging items. I'm so glad I chose them to work with. James and his team were professional from start to finish. Immediately picked up that our waste pipe should be moved, which we wanted and other companies stated couldn't be done. Reasonable quote with no hidden extras. We had ideas what we wanted, and James made suggestions that improved it. Friendly and chatty workmen, but got the job completed quickly and professionally and attention to detail was amazing. Very tidy workman who cleaned up afterwards.
As in every project, a few minor hiccups appeared ( to do with our bathroom, and not James and his team), but these were sorted out quickly and professionally and the result is outstanding and better than we could have even envisaged. Absolutely delighted with my new bathroom or should I say shower room as we had bath removed. James and his colleagues from HW Bathrooms did an excellent job so reliable did the job very quickly within the four days as promised. They were also very tidy leaving minimal mess the whole time. We were so impressed with their professionalism as we had been attempting to get the bathroom done for ages and got fed up with ridiculous quotes and also trying to get people to come out to give us quotes and then saying it will be months before they can start - James called back directly and started and finished the job as promised- excellent service and I would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family

James and his team fitted two walk in showers, installed two new radiators at two new locations and changed a cistern. Our family had not long gone through a bereavement and the guys were so considerate with it all.
The work is excellent (exactly what we wanted - the consultation process was brilliant) and the workers were very thoughtful - they tidied up everyday and left everything neat before they left.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend.
Exceptional quality of workmanship. Delivered to a high standard from a hardworking, efficient and creative team. And soooo clean and tidy!
From quote to completion the team is outstanding.
Initial recce with James who listened and guided us on what was achievable within our budget and offered great recommendations. James also kept us in the loop throughout.
Then John and Paul rocked up and brought the graft, glam and creativity with superb solutions and a fabulous finish! Good craic and quality chaps throughout.
Paul likes his biccies and John takes a spoon and a bit of sugar with milk in his coffee and he's partial to a doughnut.
They turned our tenement knock through cludgie into a beautiful shower and bathroom space.

Hired James and his team to do a full rip out and refit of our bathroom. After getting a few quotes James and his team where the best price out of the four quotes I recieved. The workmanship has been of the highest standard and complete perfectly to what was discussed. Dealing with James was nice and easy from the start, from getting a call back to set up a time to come and quote us to having the work completed everything went smoothly. We had our shower unit removed and replaced with a bathtub which we where not sure about due to the size of the bathroom. James and his team took us through all options available and managed to get us what we wanted. The workmanship and finnish is second to none and me and the wife are over the moon and extremely happy with the end result it's absolutely night and day to what it was. I would have no issues recommending James and his team to anyone in and around the glasgow area as they have been perfect. HW Bathrooms brought good ideas to the space that was needing renovated. He listened to my concerns with regard to the layout and hazards and gave me solutions to consider. The final design was also within our budget and the proposed timescale for delivery is aligned with other home improvement projects. Other companies quoted a similar price but the space design was remaining the same as the style currently in place. James and his team recently carried out a full bathroom refurbishment at our home and we were delighted at the result. The works took approximately 8 days to complete and the transformation from before is amazing . Special praise should be given to John and his assistant Paul in the way that they carried out the work.We were kept informed on a regular basis with the progress and what would happen next at each stage.Best of all was the daily chat when time allowed and the end product is very impressive. Just had a new Bathroom installed by the team at Hw Bathrooms and absolutely delighted with the result.

We had been thinking about getting a new bathroom installed for a while due to the deterioration of our previous bathroom and got a few different companies out to give us quotes.

James the owner of Hw Bathrooms came out and spoke with us and after speaking with James and the way he listened to our needs and gave us his advice we knew his company was the one we wanted to proceed with. Not only do they offer a competitive price but they actually listen to what you want and tell you if they think it's not practical rather than just adding on extras that might not look great and charging more for it.

John and Paul the fitters arrived on the agreed date and the guys where brilliant throughout and have done an fantastic job. They work non stop often staying on a bit later at night making sure that everything was correctly done and that our home and surrounding area was left neat and tidy again. During the fitting we changed our mind over a couple of things and added extras and this was no hassle at all for the guys to accommodate. John is clearly very talented in what he does and takes pride in his work and throughout the whole job we felt he was determined to provide us with a great looking finish rather than just getting the work done as quickly as possible.

To anyone thinking about having renovations done I would highly recommend speaking with James and the team, you will not be disappointed. I will be recommending the guys to my family and friends and already have John booked in for another job in my house. More...
