Q&As

Watching people grow on their journey back to feeling themselves again

I wanted to help people who have lost their way or sense of purpose to find meaning again, move forward, and grow. I also support those with childhood trauma, helping them gently unpack painful memories and work through these experiences in a safe, supportive environment.

As a parent of a child with autism, I have a unique perspective that allows me to see the world through both their eyes and my own. This lived experience helps me relate to neurodivergent people in a deeper and more meaningful way than many counsellors, bringing understanding, empathy, and genuine connection to my work

30 years talking and helping people try and make sense of the feelings and trauma and be able to live again
