Hi Irma, we went over and above our service. Usually window cleaning would cost alot more than that we quoted. But we were happy to help you clean your house as family was visiting you imminently. We asked you to check everything before we left your house. Youre response " it is good" And you said it was fine " Thank you very much for your help". You did not want any carpets to be removed. You were quite conscious of the amount of time that we were spending.
